Our Heat Exchanger systems are the simplest, easy-to-install alternative to polyethylene pipe pond loop or cooling tower systems!
We offer 2 primary heat exchanger designs, the Slim Jim® and Geo Lake Plate, both of which are a cost-efficient and environment-friendly "POND LOOP IN A PACKAGE"! Although the plates for each system has the same dimensions, all jobs are custom designed & quoted based on the environment, usage, and water composition in order to determine which option is the best fit.
Slim Jim® Option
- The Slim Jim® is available in 304 stainless steel*
- Primarily for fresh water applications, including lakes, ponds, reservoirs, and even moving rivers
- Unlimited configurations: from single plates for small systems, to multiple arrays of exchangers each comprised of multiple stainless steel plates
- Custom low-profile units available for shallow waters
- Configurations are designed based on the application, and the exchangers can be custom design when necessary
- Easy to install and contractor / labor friendly
- Easy to flush and maintain

Geo Lake Plate Option
- The Geo Lake Plate option is a Titanium set of plates used primarily for salt water or brackish water applications. This includes aquariums, brackish lakes, bays, and even coastal rivers
- Titanium option is also necessary when installed at sites that are in close proximity to salt and/or brackish water**
- Also available in 316 stainless steel* for versatile applications
- Unlimited configurations: from single plates for small systems, to multiple arrays of exchangers each comprised of multiple plates
- Configurations are designed based on the application, and the exchangers can be custom designed when necessary
- Easy to maintain and simple to flush
- Straightforward installation processes which are contractor / labor friendly

**Titanium plates are necessary to avoid corrosion if salt/brackish bodies of water flood over and spill into the water where the lake plates are located
